ProSite launched in April 2011, and since the day creatives were unleashed onto the platform, we’ve been obsessed with how you’ve used it to create beautiful, varied on online portfolios. We wanted to take a minute to reflect on what happened in 2011, and look ahead to 2012.

We started 2012 with a bang by adding CSS/HTML functionality to ProSite, but here’s a look at the features added in 2011 since the launch last April. Hopefully, seeing them all in one place will help you find ones you may not have discovered yet! Most of these were added by requests for you, so we thank you for your help in making ProSite such a kickass platform. Most of these have been covered in the blog or ProSite Forum, so you can find more info there.

- Full Size Images in Projects and Custom Pages
- Full Size Videos in Custom Pages
- New Layout: Modular

Hi guys! I’m loving Prosite so far! It’d be awesome if you could have us have our projects viewed in a side-scrolling manner as an option too, aside from the top-down scrolling viewing that’s default right now.
Looking forward to more exciting features!
I totally agree with Diego, I would like to use the side-scrolling manner for a photography portfolio. A pop-up photo gallery would make prosite complete! I don’t like the fact that the user gets linked to a seperate project page. If I only have one picture to show it doesn’t look nice on a project page. Overall I am really happy with Prosite. I’m really excited to see what is yet to come.
Hi Denise and Diego,
Thanks so much for the feedback. While we don’t have this exact feature automated, if you have experience using HTML and CSS editing, you can accomplish this with our new custom HTML/CSS feature. However, we only recommend this feature for advanced users who have worked with HTML and CSS before.
Please note that the ProSite team is not able to provide support for HTML/CSS customizations, but we have some tips for using this in the FAQ (http://prosite.com/editor/config#faq/section&id=11), and we encourage you to post your own customizations in our new HTML/CSS section of the forum (http://forum.prosite.com/)
