The Creative World, Powered By Behance [Infographic]

With 12 Gallery Sites, 6+ Behance-powered Networks, and 700,000,000 views of creative work (and counting), the Behance Network is helping creatives showcase and discover creative work like never before.

But what about the data behind the Network? With the enclosed infographic, our team wanted to share some exciting updates on growth and a few things we learn as we organize the creative world’s work.

We continue to improve the platform, build new partnerships, and find more ways to empower the careers of creative professionals. We wish to thank the Behance Ambassadors around the globe and the countless members who have helped spread the word about Behance, and have provided feedback on how to make Behance better. We’re listening, and we have a whole pipeline of projects that will provide even more exposure for your work and opportunity.

Now, onto some data…

Nice clean design, always love the design style of Behance.

But I must admit am a little confused by the data presentation, as some facts are visualised and other’s not. Would be interested in the design choices made there, as to what was visualised vs what was listed?

Interested in discussing design choices as a way of growing as a creative.

Behance is kick-ass…for some reason, the design and setup of the site inspires me to do better and better work. The competition and inspiration factor is awesome. My goal is to be on the ‘featured work’ page one day!

  14. — August 16, 2011 11:24 pm

Would be niche clean data to make a nice motion graphic of. That’s one of the main things we do with or collective in the Netherlands, so let us know if there is some interest in it?
    Greetings Kevin.
If you want we can show you some examples.

Interesting to see the 20% difference between Canon and Nikon. It would be of great excitement to see the breakdown on the camera models of each brand to see if they comprise more of consumer/pro-sumer cameras or professional cameras.
